Ms. Morgan is a certified specialist in various areas. She has graduated from four universities, among them a Master's Degree in Political Economy of Central and Eastern Europe during the transition period from London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE), She has an Executive MBA from the London Business School (LBS), a Bachelor of International Law and a Master's Degree in Public Administration from KIMEP University.
For academic excellence, Ms. Morgan was granted a scholarship from the Open Society Foundations (OSF).
As an alumna she was also included into the separate "Outstanding Alumni Stories of Success: Inspiring by Example" booklet. (link).
